Power of the Present is all about staying locking into the present moment and living life mindfully. So what does it mean to live mindfully? When we think about the past, or daydreaming about the future, out attention has left the moment. What we are aware of is what we react too, so if we're stuck regretting or pining for the past, we end up feeling sad, depressed, and stressed. Conversely, if we spend too much time dreaming up the future, we could become anxious, feel overwhelmed, and miss taking action to create the future. The future is created in the present moment so being mindful means keeping your attention in the present moment so that you can experience each moment as it arrives.
