Ganja Yoga at The Heart of Art

Join us for an unforgettable yoga session at Ganja Yoga - A Cannabis Infused Experience! Cannabis and yoga have been used for thousands of years to relax, socialize with friends, and have a good time - so we’re bringing them together!

Ganja Yoga will start with a BYOC (bring your own cannabis) smoke session where we will connect to the medicine, followed by a short discussion about the cannabis/yoga relationship, a guided breathing technique to set the stage, and then an all-level gentle yoga class. This night of magic will even be topped off with a few special gifts for participants
