About the event
Yoga nidra is a powerful practice that combines guided relaxation, breathwork and meditation to help you achieve a deep state of rest. This yoga nidra class is specifically designed to improve sleep quality and provide insomnia relief. You will explore various relaxation techniques to help you to achieve a peaceful and restful state of mind. You will also be guided through simple breathing practices, which can be done in bed, to prepare for sleep. Throughout the class you will be encouraged to stay focused on the present moment and answer questions such as “Why can’t I sleep?”, while letting go of any mental or physical tension that is keeping you from a restful sleep.
