While in each pose we will explore the qualities of each chakra, how to tell when each is out of balance, and ways to bring each chakra back into balance.

Chakra is a sanskrit word that means "wheel, or disc". Chakras are energetic discs located up the spine that act like energy distribution centers for the body.
