About the event
There is only one pose - you reclining back on your yoga mat and/or blanket. Anyone can do it and all levels and body types are welcome.
Please bring your pillow, yoga mat and/or blanket for your comfort. Also feel free to bring your crystals and extra water bottles to charge up!
