Our Mission

Power of the Present's mission is to encourage people to recognize the beauty and potential of the present moment, empowering them to make healthier, more meaningful decisions that impact their lives, their relationships and the world around them.

We aim to provide meaningful, evidence-based mindfulness and meditation programs that improve life quality and empower individuals to live their best lives in the present. We strive to cultivate a safe, inclusive and supportive community where everyone can learn, practice, and enjoy the healing power of mindfulness.

Services are always available online, but if you are in South Jersey, let's practice in person! We will travel anywhere throughout South Jersey, including: Atlantic County, Gloucester County, Burlington County, Cumberland County, and more.
